Pieces of lamb cooked in a heavenly curry sauce with spices, herbs and fresh mint.
Khatte Masale Ka      
Lamb sauteed with a sour pickling spice mix and yogurt base. The result an aromatic and refreshing delicacy.
Patialashahi      
Chunks of lamb simmered in a hearty and aromatic curry sauce with fenugreek seeds, wild cardamom and garlic cloves.
